Regardless of its release date the commercial has continued to be a success among Indian Country on YouTube and at pow wow events. It’s representation to some of the aspects of native dance via the ad’s captions allows for a sense of support for natives by a mainstream brand. This connection makes natives feel acknowledged for the intense spirituality and overall respectfulness that is put into native actions.
Gatorade as well as Nike or N7, did something years ago that should be continued across the continent to show the support of an overshadowed people.
